Karma Yoga Fest 15 - Fire & Ice
Last year we honored Vietnam veteran, Earnie, with proceeds going towards his home rebuild in Butler, TN when he lost everything to the hurricane of unspecified origins (Helene).
This year we’re embracing the cold waters of Lake Michigan! We will meet at The Collective on Klock, breathe deep via Wim Hof Method, the scuttle over to the Big Lake across the street. Afterwards we will sauna, sip hot cider and enjoy a fireside chat :)
Schedule of Events

5:30pm —> “Wim Hof” style breathe-up: prepare to GO DEEP
6:15pm —> Lake Michigan Plunge: can you stay in for the entire 5 minutes?!
7:00pm —> Sauna, hot cider sipping, fireside chat: make sure to bring warm clothes, swimsuit, towel and optional blanket!
